Katsu Bar
Katsu Bar was first developed in Los Angeles, CA with the goal of creating an elegant, yet casual space that would welcome all diners to enjoy our take on modern comfort food. Katsu Bar Founders, Yoon Ju and Jason Park, wanted to introduce Japanese and Korean cuisines to the American palate by incorporating familiar spices and tastes to otherwise traditional dishes. They have accomplished this with their diverse menu options, that will not only broaden the palates of our diners, but introduce them to new flavors and cuisines as well.
