The Michelin-recognized Chef offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest U.S. cuts of beef sourced from local farms, as well as handmade pastas, and fresh fish – all prepared in our open kitchen. Dishes such as Tableside Blue Fin Tuna Tartare and our Grilled Meatballs with Lobster Marinara make every table fun and interactive. Bubbles and Bumps, featuring great champagnes paired with “bumps” of the finest caviar, make every night a celebration.
