SantaMonica.com provides information on accommodations, dining, shopping, things to do and more. With over 100K monthly visits to the website, it is a primary source for online visitors as they plan their L.A. and beach getaway. Take advantage of these free, heavily promoted opportunities to feature your business on our website.

*Business Listing Pages

Create a dedicated listing page on santamonica.com through our Partner Portal. This is available to tourism-serving businesses with a Santa Monica city business license. Advertising

To inquire about advertising opportunities in the Official Santa Monica Visitor Guide and Map, on SantaMonica.com, social media and other direct-to-visitor opportunities, please contact marketing@santamonica.com.

We are constantly collecting specials and deals for visitors to help spread the word about current business offerings. Please fill out this online form so we can help promote your specials on our dedicated landing pages and social media channels. *Promote Events

The Events Calendar is one of the most visited pages on SantaMonica.com. Businesses are invited to submit events for inclusion on the Calendar. Please note: some exclusions may apply. See event requirements at bottom of submission form. Submit an event.

*Trip Planner

Online visitors can engage in an interactive planner that will help them plan a trip to Santa Monica by recommending dining, shopping and things to do based on their interests. For inclusion in this tool, please update your listing on the SMTT ’s website and update your page with the latest information, promotions, photos and video content.

*360° Virtual Tours

SMTT has partnered with Threshold 360 to capture a virtual tour of your tourism-serving business at no cost to you. Footage is displayed on your business stakeholder page on our website, your Google business listing page and in SMTT presentations. Schedule now. *Social Media

SMTT is happy to leverage our social media platforms to highlight events and/or media coverage your business receives. Post, tag or email media@santamonica.com your events and coverage for promotional opportunities via our destination presence on Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter) and YouTube.

*User Generated Content

SMTT invites our local partners to submit photos of their business for potential posting on SMTT’s social media accounts and/or on SantaMonica.com. Photos should: be high-resolution; be in the original format (i.e. no filters); look candid and authentic – like they could be other user-generated content (UGC). Submit photos here.

Familiarization Tours (FAMs) and Media Visits

Familiarization Tours (FAMs)

SMTT is proud to partner with vetted Santa Monica tourism-serving businesses through familiarization tours (FAMs). A FAM is designed for attendees ranging from travel agents to journalists and influencers to experience first-hand what Santa Monica has to offer, allowing them to better promote and sell the city to their customers, publications’ readers, social media followers and more. SMTT organizes the FAM tour from start to finish and works with local businesses on complimentary or discounted experiences for attendees throughout their stay in the city.
