Description: Join SMTT for the IPW 2025 Trade Show and Santa Monica Client Event in Chicago, Illinois. U.S. Travel Association’s IPW will continue to reunite and rebuild the global travel industry in 2025, providing an in-person platform to conduct business and renew our relationships around the world. As the leading inbound travel trade show, past IPWs have generated more than $5.5 billion in future travel by connecting U.S. travel exhibitors with travel buyers and media to promote their product and negotiate future business, securing America’s position as a foremost global travel destination and showcasing the best of what the U.S. has to offer.

Participation is received on a first to register basis. To express your interest, please complete the registration form. Opportunities are confirmed with minimum partner participation. Your participation will be secured once final payment is received and guidelines are signed.

IPW 2025

Fair Share Fees

  • Trade Show & Client Event Early Bird Special: $2,500*
  • Trade Show & Client Event: $3,500**
  • Client Event Only: $1,000**

All airfare, accommodations, transportation and meals are the responsibility of the partner unless otherwise specified by SMTT. SMTT will provide recommendations on room block opportunities and flights as it is strongly encouraged that we all overnight in close proximity. Travel expenses are not included.

**Standard Registration Deadline for Trade Show & Client Event is December 9, 2024.

The following are included in your fair share partner fee:

  • Pre-marketing initiatives to clients and/or trade show attendees (where applicable) which may include direct mail pieces, e-newsletter highlights, logo inclusion on all collateral and invitations and printed marketing pieces
  • Collateral design and production
  • Event expenses such as client event, dinners, lunches, gifts, etc.
  • Delegation transportation to/from appointments and to/from designated hotel when complimentary shuttles are not available through the event organizers
  • Post trade show recap, client contact information and photos
  • Recommendations on room block opportunities and flights
  • Post-trade show, you’ll also receive photos from the trade show, meeting notes and client contact information

This travel trade program will include:

  • Three days of pre-scheduled appointments with top international tour operators, receptive operators, and wholesalers
  • IPW organized networking events
  • Booth set-up and logistics pre-arranged by SMTT

SMTT will host our annual Client Appreciation event on June 15th*, prior to show start. This provides an opportunity to network and pamper clients and after 11 years running, this is an event our clients look forward to as part of their IPW experience.

This client event will include:

  • Santa Monica branded client event
  • Casual setting to connect with clients from top domestic and international markets
