The Verdi Chorus

The Verdi Chorus will begin its 41st season with the Fall 2024 Concert, We Are Verdi Bizet, featuring two performances at the First Presbyterian Church in Santa Monica on November 16 and 17, 2024. Directed by Anne Marie Ketchum, the only choral group in Southern California focused on opera chorus music, the concert will highlight selections from Verdi’s I Lombardi, Don Carlo, and Rigoletto, along with Bizet’s Carmen and The Pearl Fishers. Guest soloists include soprano Shana Blake Hill, mezzo-soprano Audrey Babcock, tenor Todd Wilander, and baritone Malcolm MacKenzie.
