James Beard Finalist Caroline Schiff, formerly the Executive Pastry Chef of Gage & Tollner, is excited to present a preview of her forthcoming Diner concept, featuring a set menu of cult classics, plus daytime pastry service, for one weekend only at the Santa Monica Proper.
Dinner will be served on Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7. Brunch will be served on Sunday, December 8.
