Looking for Halloween ideas for the kids? Pico Improvement Organization is having a Halloween Trick or Treat at the Pico Pop-Up at 2802 Pico Blvd on Saturday, October 31st from 10am – 1pm, and a Costume Contest for Kids up to 12 years old… and pets too! Drop by for a candy bar given safely from our Pop Up, and we’ll take a pic of kids in costume. We’ll let our social media followers choose the winner of a Baskin Robbins $25 gift certificate. Best Pet Costume prize sponsored by Pico Blvd’s Paws & Effect Pet Spa.
