18th Street Arts Center is proud to present the culminating performance for current Make Jazz Fellow, Giorgi Mikadze, on Sunday, March 19th. The show starts at 7pm; doors open at 6:45pm. The show will also feature guitarist Dave Fiuczynski, bassist Mono Neon, and drummer Sean “Chopz” Wright.

Giorgi Mikadze is Georgian pianist, composer and arranger. Born in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia, Giorgi first sat down on the piano bench at the age of five. Trained in both classical music and jazz, Giorgi’s concerts have been broadcast on several radio stations and television in Europe, Asia, and Americas. He has appeared at major festival venues such as the Newport Jazz Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, Tbilisi Jazz Festival, and Bean Town Jazz Festival. Noted for his supreme technical skills as a pianist and composer, Giorgi has performed with the Tbilisi Symphony Orchestras, Berklee Symphony Orchestras and MSM Jazz Philharmonic Orchestra.
