As a precursor to April’s annual Arts Month celebrations, City Council will introduce the month with a proclamation by Mayor Phil Brock. In addition, an artist-commissioned Cesar Chavez Day proclamation will be delivered by muralist and educator Carlos Rogel. Chavez Day this year falls on Sunday March 31 and honors the champion of El Movimiento, The Chicano Movement. Visit Council Chambers at historic City Hall 2nd floor to show your support.
