WALK 1 MILE IN SANTA MONICA
Have fun, meet new friends, and get healthy together. We would like to invite you to our walking event on June 17th, 2023 at 9 am to celebrate the 4th Anniversary of Adopt-A-Walk. Our mission is to improve the health of the people in the community in a fun and easy way. Just 1-mile? Yes, this is for you who may feel overwhelmed by the suggested 10,000 steps a day. You may end up not doing anything at all. Instead, come to our walk to get started on living a healthier lifestyle. Maybe 1 mile feels like a doable goal? Then you’ve come to the right place! If you know anyone who would benefit from our walk, please invite them too.
DAY AND TIME: Saturday, June 17th, 2023 at 9 am
PROGRAM: Welcome by the founder, warmup & walking tips, walk 1 mile.
LOCATION: Reed Park, 724 California Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90403
MEET: Corner of 7th Street & California Avenue – right across from St. Monica’s Church
