The Santa Monica Symphony (SMS) makes its long-awaited return to live concerts on Sunday, October 17 at 3 PM with a performance of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7! This free performance, led by guest conductor Troy Quinn, will be held at the newly constructed, state-of-the-art John Adams Middle School Performing Arts Center (1630 Pearl Street, Santa Monica). The concert is dedicated in memory of the SMS’ beloved Music Director and Conductor, Guido Lamell. Admission is free, but pre-registration is required and capacity will be limited. To promote audience safety, all audience members will be required to wear masks and show proof of full vaccination prior to entry.
