Santa Oh is leaning out of an alcove in a Santa Monica restaurant, a baker-boy hat pulled over her signature multi-tiered hair, asking a waiter for assistance: Could she please have some hot sauce? It’s a simple request, but the waiter, grinning, bounces over with a small bowl of some, obviously relishing his role.
